How Multiple Agents can view the Same User's Screen Simultaneously
During a screen share, escalate the session to another agent so both of you are viewing the user's screen

  1. Make sure both agents have an Upscope account

  2. Initiate the screen share

  3. Copy the URL at the top of the page (example: https://o.upscope.io/?id=ABCDEFGH)

  4. Send it to the second agent

  5. They click through and both agents can view the screen

Note: Only one agent can have control of the screen at a time and there is no limit to how many agents can look at a screen.
